How do I know when my supplement is approved?
Hi-Tech PDR will email a completed supplement to the repair shop. The insurance company receives the file electronically with payment instructions.

What is an Authorization to Repair or Direction to Pay?
An authorization to repair is an agreement between the auto repair shop and insured. This agreement outlines the work to be performed and cost. All supplements require an authorization to repair per the insurance companies guidelines. We cannot process the request without a repair agreement.
Does Hi-Tech PDR issue supplement payments?
No, the insurance company will review the supplement and issue payment. All payment inquiries should be directed to the insurance company.
Is the supplement approved once submitted to Hi-Tech PDR?
No, Hi-Tech PDR will review all submitted information and determine if a field inspection will be needed. All supplements must be authorized by Hi-Tech PDR prior to starting repairs.
